Three Years, Christmas Cheers!

Winter always whispers stories of warmth and nostalgia to me, especially when it brings back memories of Christmas at Christ campus. It’s more than just a cold season; it’s a time when our campus radiated an inexplicable warmth that could melt away any wintery blues.

Imagine this: assignments finally checked off after CIA1, and suddenly, our campus transformed into a shimmering wonderland. Soft lights adorned trees, casting a spell on the cotton-covered snow that blanketed the islands. The walkways buzzed with an infectious energy as students roamed around, eyes wide with wonder at the mesmerizing decorations.

Amidst this enchantment, the Christ choir became the soulful soundtrack of our Christmas tales. Their melodies would fill the air in those precious moments before we bid adieu for the holidays. It was like the campus was singing its own farewell, urging us to stay a little longer, wrapped in the embrace of its magic.

Reflecting on the trilogy of Christmases from 2017 to 2019, those years were more than mere celebrations; they were chapters of pure joy. Each year brought its own unique enchantment, yet all were woven together by the threads of camaraderie and festive cheer.

But beyond the glittering lights and choir harmonies, it was the tradition of Secret Santa that added a personal touch to our holiday spirits. Those surprise gifts, exchanged among friends, became symbols of support and affection, brightening even the gloomiest of days.

Those winters weren’t just seasons—they were stories etched into my heart. They symbolize more than just the magic of Christmas. They represent the bonds forged, the laughter shared, and the joy found in unexpected moments.

They were the cozy warmth amid the chilly air, the twinkling lights that mirrored the brightness in our hearts, and the memories that will forever paint a picturesque Christmas canvas of my time at Christ University.
